About the Cover: Abraham trusted God's promises and had faith in Him throughout his life. He followed the Lord into an unknown land, trusted that God would make his offspring great, and even offered up his own son trusting that God can raise the dead. The source of Abraham's faith was not in himself but in the Lord’s promises. Although we often falter throughout life, we live lives of faith build solely on the promises of God in Christ Jesus. The God of Abraham is our God. He has counted us as righteous by faith in His son, Jesus, who sacrificed Himself on the cross for us.
