About the Cover: Jesus has only compassion for people. He says, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:3). The poor in spirit are those who truly desire to know and have faith in the saving work of Christ Jesus. The poor in spirit desire to lead righteous lives but know that they are unable without Jesus. True faith opens the kingdom of heaven to us.
